When we first started creating our personas for this project, we realized that it was harder than we thought. From one pattern more than one persona started coming to life, with different drivers, lifestyles, emotions and insights. After all the hard work on imagining who those could be in real life, where could we find them and how, we started narrowing down our options for the purpose of the research.

Writing emails, direct messages on instagram, making phone calls and also knocking on doors for some days, even weeks, guided us to our real personas. Entering a room without knowing how productive our meetings were going to end up being was a real wreck, and for our surprise, all of them were pretty valuable.
